The 10-Minute Lymphatic Drainage Routine

Phase 1 — Activation (2 minutes)

Stand with feet hip-width apart, soft knees, arms relaxed. Breathe deeply and slowly. Activates lymph flow throughout the lower body and stimulates the inguinal lymph nodes in your groin — the primary drainage point for the lower body.

Phase 2 — Calf Pumping (2 minutes)
